For my Public Relations Management final project, I collaborated with four peers to develop a comprehensive public relations plan for Andrew College. Using a provided situation analysis, we conducted research and crafted a strategic plan that included a mission statement, goals, key publics, objectives, tactics, an evaluation framework, budget, and a GANTT chart to outline implementation timelines.
