I led the planning and execution of the grand opening event for Resolute Stables at Bluebird Acres, an up-and-coming equine destination in Woodstock, GA. From conceptualizing the branding to managing logistics, I oversaw every detail to create a seamless and engaging experience for over 100 guests.

  • Developed brand identity, ensuring a cohesive and memorable aesthetic across invites, custom cups, and overall event theme

  • Sent out and managed Invitations and RSVPs

  • Vendor Coordination- Book and Organized:

    • Mobile Bar for handcrafted cocktails​

    • Catered local Barbecue and designed custom horse cake

    • Live acoustic musician 

    • Professional photographer to capture key moments
